I was late for my flight ✈️ at Kong Shala International airport and would like to give a special shout out to Thulisile and her team for ensuring that I manage to board the plane.
The electricity in Capital View is in shambles due to poor service delivery. A week never passes without experiencing a 12 hour of no electricity. I doubt the same applies to the areas where whites are dominating. It has become a norm for the residents to stay in dark areas
I have never experienced poor service like the one I got from this loan shark. I made numerous calls with regard to my loan updates from them and they promised to get back to me up until now. I would appreciate if they can be investigated by FSCA for their bad conduct. I am taking them to account for their unprofessionalism.
I bought a cellphone around June 2017 and it stopped working in July 2017. I then sent it for repairs at PEP Hatfield and up until now I have not received it. I had been to the store several times and the people working there always promise to get back to me but nobody has ever bothered. I had also contacted the Head Office for assistance and there is one Messiah by the name of Bongi (working at PEP Parrow) and she is the only person willing to assist but because she is working with people who are not accountable, her effort always go unnoticed. I just want to name and shame PEP store for their irresponsible behaviour and unaccountability by their staff. All I need now is for PEP to refund me for the cellphone cost.
