The worst ISP service If it works you have no problem but if you have any issue good luck. They refuse to respond to tickets logged. Refuse to acknowledge cancellation requests. Blocking the payment and moving to an ISP with actual support. 3 weeks ive been waiting for a vumatel technician which Rocketnet have said they have logged a call with. I have contact vumatel directly and 0 call has been logged. This is the worst ISP, the support team gets paid for doing nothing
Why the **** am i still being charged i cancelled my membership months ago when lockdown started. do your ****ing jobs and reverse this. you have till the end of the day or i will be laying fraud and theft charges. secondly how the **** can you charge people for a full month fee while only being open a week. piece of **** company. Everyone should cancel and go to a local real gym that actually cares about its customers.

They have lost all big clients and treat all smaller clients like the client owes them something when they provide nothing.

<p>Requested a fibre line. technician from openserver has been out 3 times to try get the line activated. when he tries to follow up the provided telkom order ID provided by webafrica was wrong. ive called the webafrica 3 times. Everytime i was given a different oder number. All have been incorrect. The technician has run the line to our house in the mean time while we wait for webafrica to pull thier fingers out their ****. calls later and talking to your "live support" and no resolve as usual. I have no requested to have the service cancelled and move to another provider as the line is there but they still havent cancelled the request. they dont respond to emails and every call they promise to sort this out and get back to me. Nothing has happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>To anyone reading this. let me put it into context. Tellkom have called me back and followed up with me almost everyday to keep things updated from their side. Webafrica hasnt done this once. they cant reply to emails.
