I made a payment from another bank to my discovery bank account. The funds is "pending" on my side. Now what frustrates me is the fact that I spoke to two consultants via whatsapp both consultants is giving me two very different stories. The first consultant advised me to wait until 07:00 am for the payment to reflect. The second consultant told me that the payment has another day to reflect. Why are we being confused as client's? All I wanted to know is when will the pending payment reflect now I'm being **** to. Guys really? I honestly thought Discovery Bank was the best bank to bank with. I've had no issues with the bank until now. Your consultants are extremely disappointing. I even had to block the bank from my WhatsApp the way I was just irritated with the service given to me. I first spoke to Adson then Bonolo. You guys need to do better if you want to keep us as client's please. I still have no idea where or when I'll get my money seeing I have two stories from one transaction.

Wow I regret even loading with Sunbet at this point. I never have issues with this site. Anyway normally when I cash out I receive the winnings within an hour. My mistake was I changed banking details to another bank and ever since I've been waiting I called and sent emails but still I haven't received a cent. I actually loved this site because of the fast payouts. My withdrawal is authorised now I'm told I need to wait for my bank to release the funds. Can I please just have feedback on my withdrawal requests please since Saturday I've been sending emails I called in as well all I'm being told is that my query will be referred to the relevant department. No one is getting back to me unless I call or send emails. Since Saturday it's been a struggle getting my money. Withdrawals is always a problem ALWAYS!
