Over 10 Working days ago I had to cancel my upgrade because I was sent the wrong items.... I have constantly asked for updates nothing....... Dhanesh Govindhass Customer Care Agent Did you drop of the face of the earth what happened?
I have ordered 4 different hoodies from Youneek, they are all amazing and I love them. Many people are jealous in the office. I would recommend them to anyone!
Let me start by saying I have been going to the Burger Box Roadhouse for roughly 20+ years. I went on Saturday night with my daughter to get the Family Ribs with Chips and extra onion rings. And while we waited she played in the kids play area. The server told us he would being our take away to us...... we played for 30min..... then we went to sit in the car because we started to get cold...... We were approached by 3 different servers..... to see if we had been served.... I tild them my order had been placed they went to check..... then I had to walk up to the front to find out what was happening.,...... the server said he was fighting for us.... I dont know what he meant by that..... 10min after that the milkshakes we had ordered finally arrived...... now this is an hour in....... after another 20 min I was getting very upset....... so I decided to go pay for my milkshakes and forget the food...... by this time we were at 1 hour 20 min in....... no management has come to me to explain the situation I don't even know what the situation was. The food was finally ready as me and my daughter walked up to the front. The servers were apologizing to me..... not the manager. I have worked in the food industry...... if a client is made to wait for excessive time the management should take it upon themselves to come out and apologies..... It was not a small amount R660, i cannot fault them on the food..... but the service..... guys you really dropped the ball.

I have been a member for a number of years to Oneplan, every year I pay and I pay with only 1 claim, today when I tried to organise a GP visit the app wont let me, so I use the online chat, the person replies saying I have an outstanding amount with Oneplan as I didnt submit an Invoice. Remember I said I have claimed once, that was in March 2018. So I said no i did i took a photo of it and sent it through as per your guys instructions, apparently Oneplan forgets to tell you they want a detailed invoice. Im so sorry I would have gotten one if I had been informed as such..... but since I dont have a time machine what do we do now. So I am told I have to pay them the R133 back to them as thats the amount I owe them. So my back is currently in spasm and I need to pay them this money so I ask Oneplan..... when do I get to use the service I paid for from you? Do I wait for it to clear then load my GP visit or will you as a company step up and go oh dear we didnt let the client know in a timely fashion so as to avoid this.
Dear MTN Please do something regarding your customer care department.... 5 days to reply to my query..... Then I get a very for rude response that doesn't even help me. I have proof of payments every month. As I am on debit order.... Now you want to double debit me tomorrow..... Because you didn't capture my payment.... No sorry that's theft. I am still waiting for someone to call me. Where is your customer service????

<p>I am exceptionally upset with this company.</p> <p> </p> <p>After months of me following up as to why my debit order wasn't coming off it was an error on Multi-choices side.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took months of me phoning and emailing to get this rectified.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am no thief and i believe myself to be honest I said I owe you money please send me a statement and banking details so I can pay you..... over a month went by I had to contact Multi-choice again to get a statement and banking details!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Finally I received some help from VeriCred. They sent me banking details and a statement. </p> <p> </p> <p>I received and email from multi-choice to arrange a payment plan. I agreed as as I was still waiting for my statement. I would pay back over the next 6 months no problem.To my rather shock and anger multichoice took it upon themselves to take R2928.20 from my account . Not the agreed upon amount of R1027.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also the statement says the outstanding amount is R2779.20???? Not R2928.20.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was being exceptionally polite and giving Multi-choice the opportunity to get ahead of a complaint as I emailed and called them last week. But apparently they dont care about their client dispite all their marketing saying the oppisite.</p> <p>Your exceptionally disappointed and angry client.</p>
