Three months later, I am still waiting for my refund.
I would like to Thank Gwen Vermulen at MoveUp for the amazing service though my application for the UK Spousal visa. She is exceptionally experienced, professional, knowledgeable in the immigration process and she kept constant effective communication with me. I went for my biometrics on the 9th of October and today the 30th of November I collected my passport with my approved visa on it. My husband and I couldn’t be more thankful for the quick turn around and issuing of the visa. I absolutely recommend Gwen.
Bad service. I requested for a cancellation 5days ago and no feedback. I sent the same eamil everyday , followed up with call to get feedback.
I've send emailsto get in touch regarding updating my profile details and accessing the app for a month and no help. Mbongeleni Jele from Sunninhill branch doesn't not respond to emails and when I called I was told he is in meeting. The service has been very bad.
An apauling service once again. The contact center and online Ufilling is a colapsed system. No one is calling me back and no one is reponding to my emails. The umproffesionalism of the contact centre agents when dealing with them (when I call them) is **********. They don't seem to know what they are doing.
I went to the Sandton labour centre today 13/06/2023 to follow up on my case with 0 sucess again where I was bounced back to the online system. Got home and called the Contact Centre again which I have been doing for 7 months and I was told that once again it would be escalated and there is no turn around time. I am still unable to register on ufiling and there no updated on my case.
Once again there is no progress on my application done on the 15th of March 2023. There is no progress on online platform registration which I am still not able to do.
Once again, a lousy service from the online UIF. No follow ups from their side, it's been 7 months that I am trying to register online with no sucess or help from labour department. They don't reply to emails, they don't follow up with us.
They deserve 0/10. It's the lousest department. Bad experience and service. I stingly belive that they are just busy eating our hard working money that we the people inject to the system. I actually don't have any hope at all. It's been 7 months that I am trying to register online and no one replies to my emails, neither feedback on the tickets logged. It's been 2months since I physically app**** for my hard working money and I still don't have any feedback.
I never gave them my details but they are busy spamming me every single day. I never gave them permission to contact me.
