Outstanding Service from OUTsurance! I recently had an excellent experience with OUTsurance. The consultant I spoke to was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. She not only helped me get a lower premium and great insurance savings, but the entire call was quick and effective — no wasted time at all. What really stood out was her thoughtfulness and customer care. She even asked whether I was using my own airtime and kindly offered to call me back to save my costs. That level of service and attention to detail is rare these days! Thank you, OUTsurance, for making the process so smooth and rewarding. I’m very happy with the service and savings I received.

Bad, bad service from Aquality Plumbing Works, but Wolseley
Very bad company operations. I have various serious problems with them. They did the installation of my geyser wrong and now don't want to come and fix it.According to the lady on the phone phone that did the installation exactly the wrong way the previous installer did it. In other words they do or replace it in the same wrong manner as the previous installer. I'm very, very disappointed in their service and handling of issues. No friendly staff at all. They are always on the defensive and do not accept their misconducts.
