Do not trusted them
Sharon you promised that we can have a meeting to discuss the reasons why you didn't want to help me with the claim. You phoned me on the 5th of May it is now 14 days since you have tried to phone me to ask for a day and time when we can meet. You could not get hold of me that day but never tried to phone again to ask when we can meet. So this is another reason that infinity insurance is useless and full of promises but the moment that we as customers ask to help us you will get a reason not to help us with a claim. I was paying for 14 years more then R800 every month and just ask you for R40 000 when they broke into my house. The amount that I paid for 14 years is must more than R40 000. And then the Ombuds man is just as useless as what infinity is. So to all the people that have insurance with these people cancel it now please, they will promise to help you but the moment you want to claim they have all kinds of excuses. But the paper work that you sing tells a different story. PLEASE DO NOT TRUSTED THEM !!!

Sharon you ask that we can meet that you can go through the reasons for the rejection of my claim in 2014. It is ok with me we can meet phone me on my cell phone you must have the number. I am still not happy with infinity insurance. So please if anyone is with this people cancel your contract and go to someone else please.

I was a client with mooirivier makelaars for 14 years and never skip a payment. Last year someone broke into my house and stole things. My alarm system was not on because my one dog was lockup in the house because she was in a fight the previous weekend. I phone mooirivier makelaars and explain it to them. They say they will not help me with the claim because of the alarm system. I feel for 14 years was a client never skip a payment and they can not help me. I was just ask for R40 000.00 cliam and if you work it out 14 years paid more them R800.00 a month it is more them R40 000.00. I also ask the ombudsman to help me with this but they are also so useless as mooirivier malelaars. In my contract with mooirivier they say the only thing what they ask in for gates at the door of the house and at the windows. So anyone that got insurance with them cancel it please this people will promise you they help you with your claim but that will never happened.

NOT HAPPY WITH THEM.
I was for 14 years a client on mooirivier makelaars in vanderbijlpark. Every month I pay my insurance on time. Last year there were a brake in at my house. The alarm system was not on because the previous weekend my dogs were in a fight and the smallest one was rip open and we let her to stay in the house. I explain that to them but they say that they will not replace the things that was stolen. For me that is not exaptable was for 14 years a client that pay my insurance on time not claiming for this and that but the one time that I need them the just say no. I went to the ombudsman also but they are just as useless as infinity(mooi rivier makelaars). I only ask them to pay out R40 000 for the things that was stolen, and if you work out I pay over R800 a month for 14 years it is more then R40 000. To all please thing if you have any insurance at this people they will promise you they will help you but the moment you ask them to help they got this excuse and this is not right. NOT HAPPY WITH THEM !!!
