Lufuno was absolutely excellent, she was patient with me throughout the process and answered all my questions. And because of that, she did not only retain me as a customer, but i was able to add add home contents cover and my 2nd car. So well done to her for making my life easy with the King.
The consultant i worked with was fabulous. He went out of his way to make sure my claim was submitted with all required information. I will give me a 5 out of 5 for service. Reason why i’m not giving a 5-star in this review is because Bidvest paid 60% towards my claim. Really upset at the Ts and Cs that insurers put that are never translated into laymans terms to clients to understand. So honestly, not worth it. If my tire is damaged, it’s damaged. You cannot not pay the full amount because it was still deemed a good tire. That’s why insurance is there, for accidents. Potholes are an issue in SA hence it makes zero sense for such Ts and Cs.
These guys are proper SCAMMERS! Fly by nights to be exact. Kelvin Murwira came to fix my fridge, instead he damaged my fridge even further and stole parts as well. It is actually revolting that Kandua has such service providers listed on their platforms. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM nor KANDUA TO ANYONE!
I also seem to be scammed now that i have reviews on hello peter! It is honestly so despicable that we have registered businesses banking with reputable banks that scam people for a living! I have been making follow-ups since i received an email from the company stating my order was complete and delivered. I made numerous calls and finally got through. A Nigerian guy answered who also screamed at me when i told them i would report on hello peter. Nonetheless - i have opened a case with the SAPS and hopeful justice will be made.
It's almost a month now with back and forth emails with Hisense and it's technical team. I bought a TV that was meant to have preinstalled Apps that function optimally. I raised my concerns with Hisense and was told my software needed to be updated - we did a few tests and a few software updates. Still the App didn't work. My TV was collected to check for technical issues - its been over a week now and still i am not receiving any communication. Every time i call i get told my TV will get delivered on the day, i've had to miss going to work just to make sure i am at home when the TV is delivered. I've skipped 5 days'and pending!!!
Woolworths online store is the WORST online store ever! This is the second time I purchase goods online and my delivery is a few days late! No communication whatsoever from the store about late delivery or remedy thereto. Today marks the 4th day of waiting and EVERYTIME I call customer care I’m told that the delivery is on its way. I’m sick and tired of big retail companies not taking consumers seriously yet quick to take our money. This is totally unacceptable.
