We bought Amstel Radler. My husband loves it. This is the 3rd time we bought where we found tins that are not filled. This time I decided to complain. The most recent one we found one can that was probably only filled a tenth. Not cool. I took a video of it.
My mother in law ordered a few products from Homechoice. Days later part of my order was delivered (bedding and some curtains). When she phoned to ask where the rest of her order it that she ordered a day after the first order, they said that the courier is on the way in a few days. She only received the paintings (after more than 2 weeks where they said it will take 5 working days). She was supposed to receive a free clock with it and her order of curtains, that were placed the same day as the paintings, were not delivered. When they phoned today, they said the curtains are not dispatched yet and with the second phone call, they said that there is no stock of the clocks nor the curtains. Absolutely no communication between Homechoice and client. Now they say that she has to send all back on her own costs after all this drama. How can they not see that there is no stock?! Absolutely rediculous and pathetic service. Never again! They are quick to take your money, but gives no service after that.
