<p>The 07TH September 2016 I bought a 70mm – 200mm F2.8 NON IS Canon lens from Camera Shack Paid R10500 via Eft.</p> <p>I received the lens a day or 2 later…very happy with my purchase however there were 2 items missing 1 the lens filter and 2 the tripod ring that comes with the lens as was advertised on their website.</p> <p>It is now the 30th of March 2017 and after promise after promise of going to deliver the accessories I had paid for I have come to the conclusion that I am probably not going to be getting it.</p> <p>I normally rent from Camera shack and have not had any issues in that regard they do an exemplary job.</p> <p>7 Months to make a client wait and then said client has to contact you the company for updates is not acceptable.</p> <p>So my next question is will I be seeing my tripod ring and filter before the next Christmas or will I need to spend R3500 approximately, having to buy it out of my own pocket?</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p>
I was contacted the 18/12/2015 by a sales consultant from Mondo advising a contract for r149 that they are offering via Telkom a debit order for r99 was suposed to go off on the 21st of December. Non of this has happened. After reading other complaints of other customers I wish to cancell this contract I accepted. i was called from the number 087 310 4296
