I received an excellent service from Maureen from the Transnet Retirement Fund. Was able to speedily resolve all my issues in a short period of time. Keep up the good work Maureen.
The most *********** retirement administrators in SA. They are clueless and *********** in what they do. They have failed to process my claim and it’s been three months since my employer submitted the required documentation. You call and wait for 30 minutes or more for someone to pick up the call. They keep giving different feedback on what’s holding the process. The stuff does not do their job. Everything has to be escalated 10 times to one individual in the process flow. I have not seen a review from any person of colour here on Hellopeter which clearly indicates that selective prioritisation is app****. We pay you millions in fund administration fees for such a lousy service. You would swear Momentum is doing this for free.
If your in the market for a rogue managing agent, they are managing agent of choice. They have ran Pebble Falls Lifestyle Estate to the ground. They failed to collect unpaid levies for years up until the scheme collapsed. They are not transparent and informative. They failed inform residents of disconnection notices from the municipality due to non payment of services until the day before we got disconnected. The hire *********** service providers to do shoddy but expensive maintenance work. Stay away from this property management company.
Sumsung is failing to find and fix a fault on my washing machine it's the 4th week now their technicians cannot find a fault they keep on ordering new parts only to find once its installed on the machine its actual not the problem they are causing unnecessary inconvenience and financial distress as I have to go the dry cleaners as I cannot use the washing machine it's almost a month now if they can't fix it they must give me a new washing machine.<br> <br> I feel the amount of time I have given them is more than anyone can bear from a service provider just to fix something simple as a washing machine Sumsung must not take advantage of consumers who buy their products because the law is silent on the time frames for fixing faults <br> <br> Their service provider OEG who have been coming to fix the machine contact details are 011 873 8981<br> <br> I have been in contact with Sumsung they keep telling stories and apologising and not taking me serious, apologies do not do my laundry but a working washing machine does.<br> <br> <br> <br>
