Would not recommend. Extremely quick arrange a payment and debit order then takes weeks to deliver after they promise 5-7 business days. When cancelling they don't provide a refund even though no service was activated or sim was delivered. I suspect that they catch alot of people using this method Would stay far away from these people

It's been more than month that I have struggled to cancel my gym members due to me relocating to Paarl. I've phoned and mailed endlessly without response and even went to the gym where the manager is never available! The latest is him being in a meeting for 4 hours encounting. I followed their cancellation produre, filled in all the forms and still nothing. I was able to get a cancellation amount from the front desk staff but my subscription for december has been deduction plus a cheeky maintanance levy. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
Bought prepaid data from a Telkom shop in Worcester, Western Cape and was unable to use it. So after 2 weeks, 3 shop visits and countless alledged fault logs the problems is still unattended to. The last visit broke out into a fight with the counter staff as I was made out a liar and accused of having an attude. It seems like paying for something and not getting it is no reason to get angry. Won't give me my money back and won't fix the problem either!! When will Telkom ever stop stealing from people like this??
