Purchased clothing and never received it. Have sent out several emails and no response. Appears to be a ****.
They handle medical claims for Drs. Send out bills, but dont bother to provide a contact name or direct lines. Email them, no reply. Call them, pushed from one person to the next, left on hold, told you will be called back, and still no contact. They submitted claims to the medical aid for prosthetics which were NEVER authorised by the surgeon. The medical aid has rejected the claim, as they should as this is a *****ULENT claim. The Dr is ADRIAN SINGH MEDICAL ORTHOTIST - obviously cannot be bothered either since they happy to use this company. Look at the reviews and the nonsense response they post below - they are not even saying they are prepared to fix anyones issues.
I need to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current state of facilities at the Classic Virgin Active located at Moses Mabhida Stadium. Despite charging premium rates for membership, the air conditioning system has been malfunctioning for months, creating an uncomfortable environment for members. Numerous complaints have been made to the gym management regarding this issue, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution or even acknowledgment of the problem. Additionally, the gym equipment, especially the treadmills, is plagued by persistent software issues. Members, including myself, have encountered situations where the treadmills fail to switch on even after pressing the start button. This not only hampers the workout experience but also poses safety concerns. It is disheartening to note that despite repeated attempts to communicate these concerns to the gym management, our complaints have been consistently ignored. The lack of responsiveness and action on their part is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on the commitment to providing a satisfactory and safe fitness environment for the members. I believe that as paying members, we deserve better service and prompt resolution of the issues affecting our gym experience. I urge Hello Peter to bring attention to these matters, hoping that it will prompt the necessary actions to address the persistent problems at the Classic Virgin Active Moses Mabhida Stadium.
I am trying to transfer a vehicle onto my partners account for over 6 months now. I have called several times and so has my partner. We get told the matter will be escalated and that we will be contacted, and that we cannot be assisted immediately, but never receive any feedback. I have emailed, the emails get forwarded to other departments. Nobody responds. Completely unacceptable, useless service.
Bought a Porsche recently from Ayob Motors in Sandton. The service was exemplary. Constant assistance and communication was provided. Furthermore, they purchased my existing vehicle from me at a fair price. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I dealt with Faadil and Yaseen, both were extremely helpful.
Having posted a report, and immediately been attended to, I then changed my complaint to a compliment. But now, the tracker is not working, AGAIN. I call the direct number given to me and I just get a voicemail. Ive left a message to be contacted, no response.
I have had a tracker with altech since February 2012 fitted on my vehicle. In February this year, the unit started draining my car battery, and I called Altech to have the unit fixed. Since the 3 years were up, I was asked to sign a new 3 year contract and a new unit was installed in February. A week post installation, I have had endless hassles with the tracker not activating/deactivating on the remote, panic signals emitting every so often.<br> <br> Tracker contacted my Dad, and sent him into a panic that my vehicle might be stolen because I didn't answer my phone. They failed to mention that the entire week the panic signal had been emitting.<br> I have lodged numerous complaints with the emergency call centre and the customer service centre. Ive been promised that I will be contacted and an agent will be sent out. Finally I was attended to yesterday. The remote beeped in the technicians presence, I signed the documents and he left. By the evening, the unit wasn't working again.<br> I contact the call centre AGAIN today, over half an hour of being pushed from person to person, and finally they agree to send out a technician. WHO then goes to my HOME address when he should have come to WORK.
