On 10 February 2016, my sister went to pay my account for my February orders, the amount she paid was R483.90. She used the wrong reference, but the money was deposited to Avon. I then contacted my leader to please sort it out for me and i even sibmitted proof of payment. She was unsuccessful, so i ended uo calling Credit Control twice on the 1st of March and on the 3rd of March, i was told to email the proof, of which i did, and i got a response that it will be processed. To this day i am still waiting for it to be processed, it has been more than a week and almost a month since i have been battling for the payment to reflect on my account. Now i cannot pay my March orders because it will first pay tge February order and then i will be owing for March.
On Tuesday the 16th of February 2016 at 14:50 I had my school bag and I went into Mr Price, before entering, my friends and I asked if we could leave our bags by the door to avoid being searched on leaving the store. The security lady told us rudely that she is going on a break and someone might steal our bags. So we asked, does this mean there will be no one at the door and she replied yes, rudely again. We had shopping to do and we just left immediately. I have never been treated like this by someone who is atleast supposed to be polite.
On the 20th of July, I consulted at Dr. Kotze at Reyno Ridge and was given a prescription to go to a chemist. I chose to go to the one directly across from the doctor as it was nearby. After getting my medication I went home. A few weeks later GEMS, our medical aid fund sent my mother a bill saying that she has exceeded her amount for medication. Then we checked the date and it was the day I bought the medication. My mother and i share the same first initial, I suppose this is where the misunderstanding came from. Then GEMS advised us that we have 4 months to reverse this claim to my name, but the chemist refused saying we should have come the day before. Why didn't they ask? Why do they keep on assuming?
