One star is way to high for this ****. Fortunately, I viewed HelloPeter's reviews before committing. The level of English was similar to those in phishing messages. It alerted me to ask specific questions prior to trusting this **** "business". Sad part is that many may fall for this. Name of business also suspect.
July 2020 I had system down for nearly 5 days. It got sorted when I wrote to 4 directors of the company. Even got a call from a regional manager of Frogfoot through which they supply, to apologise for the poor service. I then insisted that I get refunded for the 5 day down time, and was told that it was normal and they will not refund. Pathetic excuse, if one consider the apology. Beware of these type of companies who believe they have become bigger than proper service. Flood the inboxes of their board of directors. It may have some resolve, but seemingly not always.
After taking their call and their introduction, I explained that I was going into a meeting. The "lady" abruptly put the telephone down without any further word. Rude intruders it seems, this bunch

Best Guarantee, good service and going the extra mile. Has a recliner set and had problems with the frames after 12 years. Set was collected, fixed, and extras done not being part of the guarantee. Excellent. Thank you Armand, much appreciated. Ollie
After logging my complaint, I had one attempt from Altech contact me while not in a position to talk. They did not call back. This was 5 days ago. On the other hand, they reported me to a debt collector who called me 5 times on one day. Theydid not send me a mail I requested 3 times for me to write my whole complaint for them to hand it back to whoever handedme over to them. This mail will be met by another automated response. <br> <br> They don't get it. For as long as I do not get answers to my questions, they will not get money from me. Finish and klaar. I am going to institute a claim against them in the Small Claims Court. Then they will have to respond!! I guess the next thing ghey will do is have me put on a black list. Their troubles have just started now. I cannot understand how a company like this can stay afloat. Must be doing a lot of clients in if I look at the list on HelloPeter!
Excessive internet account was queried. Was told Vodacom does not want to provide URL's. Client not prepared to pay account based on this. Not prepared to sort out my account with their head office. They insist I gave a contract which I dispute as contract has lapsed. They cannot prove that another contract was agreed to. Not helping in any way to have the matter resolved.<br> <br> I have contacted Altech call centre, cannot get through. I wrote to call centre numerous times, no response except confirmation that case is closed. In the meantime they keep on trying to deduct money from my bank account.
