Ordered a TV , never received it , no contact , sent me a bunch of promotional e-mails. Been 2 months so far. Doubt I get any joy from them. No one to call, emails dont get answered.
Defective mattress replaced with another defective mattress. Rep gave me every excuse you could think of, 3 months later no joy. Decided to go legal. Will let you know if I get my money back.
I had 3 Samsung phones, S4 , S3 mini and a Samsung pocket galaxy which I took all in to Samsung Constantia branch. The S4 and S3 were freezing the screen and the pocket galaxy was not reading sim. The S4 they replaced some screen processor or something like that and S3 mini they did a software upgrade. Both these phones worked fine, however my Samsung pocket galaxy which was 2 months old they wanted to charge me R1300 to repair sim reader which I only paid R700 for that phone brand new. It was my daughters first phone and worst investment ever. Samsung shows they do not care about there prepaid customers on the quality of there build and service to the customer on there cheaper phones. This was a fairly new phone , not dropped , no scratches, now I have to fork out R1300 which I could buy 2 of these paper weights. I have called numerous times to explain my situation eventually the agent told me to invest in an apple phone which I brought to the attention of the manager whom said they will deal with the agent, WHICH STILL DOES NOT SORT OUT MY PROBLEM WITH MY DAUGHTERS PHONE. R700 is ALOT OF MONEY to TROW DOWN THE DRAIN. I AM VERY UNHAPPY,FRUSTRATED and PISSED OFF.
