Great place, appalling management. You never get your deposit back and they add bogus charges when you move out so they don't have to pay you your deposit. Pest control is a mess, so many roaches, and the management don't do anything about it. Then there's the issue of Electricity provided by a 3rd party called Unimet, always an issue when trying to top up and often times your money disappears from your account. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE

On the 25th of November I applied for a Telkom ADSL line to be installed in my home. The lady who did my order screwed up the whole thing and made an order for a normal line installation. I then received an SMS from Telkom yesterday advising that someone tried to call me for installation and that for billing inquiries I should call Ipeleng. I then told her that no one had come to the premises to install the line. She said according to the system the technician came out to install the line. She then asked if I had a line previously installed and that I should unplug the device and reconnect and it would work. This obviously didn't work! Why did she lie about the technician coming out to install the line when he didn't. I expect someone to come out ASAP(In the next 12 hours) because now I'm going to get billed and I can't pay for something hat I can't use! 2ndly I expect Telkom to make the line ADSL compatible at no extra cost because that's what I initially requested and the sales lady screwed up the order. Even the Twitter team have been useless! They promised feedback 48 hours ago and NOTHING! THIS IS PATHETIC!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! I NEED A SOLUTION NOW!!!
I'm not outraged by the service we have received from Mweb , i'm just confused and quite disappointed. The overall service has been good however someone has some explaining do with the billing. <br> <br> We selected the Uncapped Package. The service was activated in the calendar month of March however we only received the modem in the month of April, therefore as a result we only started using the service in April. We had already complained about the delivery of this modem because it was already 4 weeks since we signed up! <br> <br> We then received the bill and we are expected to pay for the month of March!!! That can't be right because you activated the service but then you didn't give us the modem so how must we pay for a service we never used? <br> <br> Someone needs to be held responsible for this because i refuse to pay for that month. They activated the service without the modem being in our possession. Its like activating the service of a cellphone but you don't even have the cellphone with you!!! <br> <br> Im expecting a response and for someone to resolve this issue.
