My uncle is a pensioner @72 years old dependent on social grant. He was approached by someone who claimed to be from Two Mountains running a promotion to assist senior citizens with grocery voucher. The individual took his ID number under the presence that he was going to register him for the R1000 free grocery voucher. He never received any voucher instead, he noticed that his social grant was lower than usual in January 2026. In February 2026 the money was deducted again and he decided to go to social grant administrators to find out what is going on. To his surprise, he learned that he has a social grant stop order for a Clientele Life policy. After several attempts to assist him, I finally managed to get the policy opened withought his knowledge cancelled. Clientele Life refuses to refund him two debit orders already taken from him even after establishing that he did not take up a policy nor did he know that he had a policy opened under his name, worse part *****ing money from his social grant. It makes me sick to learn that a company of this magnitude is *****ing from the most vulnerable people in the country. I also wonder on how many helpless senior citizens are affected by this **** of R1000 free voucher for groceries from Two Mountains.
My premium are consistently increasing yet I have never claimed for an accident in over 4 years now. I think I'm being ********** here.
It serves the intendent purpose. Also like and use the take me home services. I think you can improve on having the BMW spare wheels
Excellent service received from the consultant Mmapaseka Ma****isho. She assisted reviewing my premium and helped to save a reasonable amount after updating my personal information in the car policy. She also offered a tremendous advise in terms of addition products to consider with some not even related to the car but definitely worth considering. The word would definitely be a better place with more people like you.
I passed by Engen 14th Avenue Convenience Centre to top up my petrol tank on 24 September 2019 around 3am. The petrol attendant came to my window and I gave her R300 asking for a R300 top up. She went to pour the petrol and left. I started the car ready to leave, I happened to look at the petrol dispenser and noticed that the amount displayed was R250. I hooted and the lady came out with a receipt claiming that I gave her R250. When I asked on why would she take the money and keep quiet if I'm requesting for more petrol than the money I gave her. She claimed that she told me when she got to the dispenser. However, she didn't. I had counted the money before I gave it to her. I went inside the station and asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was not on duty. I came back a couple of days with no success finding the manager until the 30th September 2019. I informed the manager about my problem, he took my phone numbers and advised that he will review the cameras and get back to me. To date I have not heard anything from anyone.
