I cannot believe the response from the support team, I am so done with this casino, please close my account.
What a struggle it has been to claim from MY Two-POT. Most of my contacts, with other companies have been paid out already, within a week. Struggle to get hold of an agent to chat to, the WhatsApp application never works.

What a pleasure to pay this amount as I was finally free (only paying 1 creditor on my own after being terminated during covid). I happened to log into Smart Cents platform to see my 0 balance, only to find they have added on a debt review balance of R26.662????? I have attempted to get hold of someone and NOONE has got back to me!!! I know i am officially done and DB ever received paid up letters from some of my creditors. Please help!!! I actually dont know which way to turn.
