Beware, this company takes payments for courses they have no intention of offering and then gives the run around on the refund. Next stop for me is SAPS to report the *****
Telkom Mobile What a circus, they blacklist a phone that isnt even on their network... Some lame excuse about a typing error. I would expect that they would have systems to double check and confirm that the operator is typing in the correct IME number. Going to sue them for all my associated costs and loss of business in the small claims court. Including having to wait for hours on a call while they scurried for cover... Hope to have the last laugh.
MTN Pay as you don't go I use around R1200 of airtime and data a month, so you would think I might matter just a bit, but no. Their 083135 so called pay as you go helpline number, when called from a Vodacom phone (at least that works) gets you to MTN contract number help. Cant or wont transfer you to pay as you go. They just stopped my sim card at 09H00 Friday 27 July, I assume its to force me to buy a new LTE one, but who knows. A simple sms would have achieved a similar result. Armed with new card, sim swop process is impossible, waiting hours just to get my service and access to around R800 of my airtime and close to a gig of my data. Will port as soon as I have burnt through this. Must be the most useless cell phone company in the world. Cant wait to be rid of them.....
