I cannot recommend Rickyle highly enough. After a complex accident where the third party was affected but difficult to deal with, Rickyle went above and beyond. They didn't just pass on forms; they actively fought on my behalf with my own insurers, Hollard(whom I DO NOT RECOMMEND), managing the correspondence, pushing back on unreasonable delays, and leveraging their industry expertise to get the third party sorted and resolved. The service from Rickyle at Choice Insurance Brokers was professional, proactive, and truly client-focused. I felt supported throughout the entire stressful process. If you want a broker who will fight for you, go to Rickyle. A special shoutout also goes to Rickyles manager Marcel, for backing and supporting Rickyle to fight Hollard to do the right thing. INCOMPETENT BILLING | UNFAIR HANDOVER | NO COMMS
I AM TOTALLY ANNOYED AND DISGUSTED BY TELKOM MOBILE! I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT IN JULY 2014 AND FROM DAY 1 TELKOM WAS UNABLE TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT OR RECEIVE PAYMENT. DUE TO THERE INCOMPETENCE I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER BY TELKOM TO ANOTHER INCOMPETENT BILL COLLECTING COMPANY, NUDEBT. I HAVE HOWEVER PAID UP MY DEBT(NOT MY FAULT) AND HAVE BEEN GETTING LITTLE TO NO FEEDBACK FROM NUDEBT. NUDEBT HAS ALSO BEEN SENDING MY PRIVATE DETAILS TO THE WRONG PERSON, I'M ONLY AWARE OF A HANDOVER DUE TO THIS PERSONS KINDNESS TO CALL ME AND MAKE ME AWARE. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR TELKOM TO RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE SINCE JULY 2014 AND ALSO WAITING FOR THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME SINCE 14 APRIL 2015 TO SORT THIS OUT. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME AND AGAIN I GET A CALL THIS MORNING FROM THIS OTHER PERSON TO SAY THERES BEEN ANOTHER HANDOVER. ANOTHER HANDOVER FROM TELKOM FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND FAILURE FROM THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT AND NUDEBT TO MAKE CONTACT WITH ME. I HAVE PAID MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE, AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE THAT IS TELKOMS FAULT AS THEIR STAFF CANT ARRANGE DEBITS OR HELP ME WITH PAYING VIA EFT. CAN SOMEONE CALL ME AND REMOVE THIS UNFAIR HANDOVER ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE PAID THE OUTSTANDING DEBT!
