My husband used to be an insurance customer of Sanlam. Since cancelling the policy he has received on average 30 to 50 marketing messages a week from you re: personal loans. STOP SPAMMING!!
Pity I cannot give Zero Stars. In December I received a call from "Telkom" verifying my details. I verified the details with the agent and that was it. In January I receive a final demand order from Trudon for the December and January payment of Yellow Pages. I told them I did not subscribe to YP. They sent me a voice recording of me verifying my Telkom details and at no time discussed a Yellow Pages contract or cost, etc. nor asked if I wanted to sign up. Due to Trudon's and Telkoms' ******* business practice, if this issue is not resolved with immediate effect, I will be terminating my service with Telkom (after 25 years) and will be taking my business elsewhere. As per their recording, I made it quite clear that I could barely hear the agent who deceivingly acted under the guise of a Telkom agent updating my records. I shall he taking action against them as my personal details were given to Telkom and not for Trudon's consumption. Disgusted. Will not be paying a cent to Trudon and if Telkom does not resolve they will loose yet another customer!

I hate that I even have to give one star. I called the call centre to upgrade my husbands phone. We actually wanted to downsize and since he has a handset in perfect condition we chose a package based on his current use and a sim only deal. That would be a R1000 saving for us per month (important in these hard times). The upgrade call centre said they could not do this deal as their system was blocking them and putvus through to retentions department where Sharon spend 30 mins telling us she could not do this either, when she heard that I was not going to back down, she suddenly got it right. 2 days later, she called and said that it would not allow her to put this though after all. I went to voda shop in clearwater mall who pretty much told us the same. I told them they left me no choice but to port the number to Mtn. I then went to Vidacom 4U who had no issues assisting us and could see that Sharon from the retentions call center had confirmed the new contract and then cancelled it. So Sharon, is there a target that you needed to manipulate before your month end? Vodacom, I am disgusted!!!! The faster I get my whole family moved off Vodacom the happier I will be. Thank you to the vidacom 4U franchise who understand service and dont try to lie & manipulate. I write this review from my Mtn number because I dont trust vodacom not to go mess with my husbands contract again.
I wish all online orders could be as easy as it is with Wize Books. Each year I order my daughters books through them and each year they get better and better. Considering year 1 was awesome, I am extremely happy with the service now.
