Missing R3500 item from my order, they agreed item was damaged and not delivered after months of back and forth mails now back to sqaure 1 of loop of *********** people who clearly just send you a response straight from a script. Never thought a site like takealot would end up ****ming people
Be very careful when dealing with this company Bought vw bus 30 August 2022 Price included a 1 year mechanical warranty and Respray, it would take a few weeks.. We received the bus Jan 27 of 2023, I then I wanted to send bus to have internals done, at which point Ettiene already said bus won't idle, apparently this was due to standing without petrol and would sort it self out. I trusted him at his word but he said he'd come have a look it it persisted so I let the other suplier install the interior, the installer also took a few months and when I tried to move it to the workshop the car could barely drive and Was missfireing badly. We did mention to him and he would sort it out.. He didn't... Also bought brand new rubbers(car leaks water everywhere) he was gonna come check never did) Apparly the rubbers(which I sent him list of) werent correct so he didnt replace them you would assume he the returned the rubbers I bought but no those are gone. The brand new paint job included in sale already started to bubble up after standing indoors for 6 months. Long story short, now won't fix anything he says that's the how these engines sound. Got my dad to come along asked us what we know about cars as he has over 20 years exp and was in some military unit(in a super aggressive and condescending manner) . Turns out my dad has more experience, is a qualified mechanic and was in the airforce lol. He even insisted we pay for the compresion test we asked for that he says he did but we specifically asked to be present, guess we'll take his word for it. But he'd refuse to pay to redo engine if I take it to another expert and they say engine is shot.. In closing Car barely drives on the 3 pistons Leaks water almost everywhere through all the incorrect window rubbers Paint job bubbling after few months Only gave me a second hand gear nob a year later Aircleaner had a big crack through it, which he wanted to fix with tape at which point it dawned on me to not let him "fix" anything and just take it home We've been mocked and manipulated even tried to say he thought me and my wife were nice and now we being so messed up, he'd never risk his reputation I truly hope they will do better. Too make a very long story short they sold tickets to a raffle for an f150 kit, it has sinse been a year they have passed the draw date by 6 months. They refuse to send me t&c(I presume it's cause there are none, asked for a date for new draw and if they can't supply id just like my money back) R1500) not much I know but when it comes to ****s it more the principle of it. They asked my Banking details and agreed to pay back the same day I posted this review, and I said Id remove the reviews so now whether I get my money back or not I won't remove and wouldnt send my car to these guy at this stage anyways
work looks legit but bought tickets for a Ford f150 kit raffle (only R1500) in August 2022. Tried to follow up Jan 2023,they rep**** in feb and seemed fair, now after asking again March and April they are unable to give me a date of a draw and if it will ever happen, they say they trying to sell more tickets but last posted regarding comp in June 2022. So I said if they can't give a date I'd like my money back. Now they say t&c apply, (they not listed on site add or fb page) I asked to see the t&c and still no reply except that they would send it . Don't seem like the type to **** people but I won't be purchasing anything from them again myself
I've noticed that when booking the flights ofter when you select the dates it will jump with a week instead of day. I mistakenly then booked somthing two weeks in advance. After noticing this I ordered another ticket. Now I can't change only the one flight but it wants to chenge both resulting in a surcharge more than just ordering a new ticket In short I can't swap 2 ticket for 1 cheaper ticket cause they force you to change both tickets? Are you kidding me? Added insult to injury that of some one needs to assist you there is another charge. So I lost 2 tickets as changing them was more expensive than new tickets...
What a great experience! Staff were great! Even went out of their way to chat and entertain my children. Would fly with you guys any day, regret not taking the names to let you know who exactly they were but can tell you it was the 10:20 flight from jhb to George on the 4th of Dec
Absolute scam, please stay clear of this site, the pictures are straight off the internet and cropped to cut out businesses original watermark, she wanted 6k for the Puppies that arent even from South Africa and stole pics from a site called https://premierpups.com Also claim that they will ship puppy to your doorstep for an additional 1500. This is their so called business email address jessicaadamsm@gmail.com. Claims that puppies are potty trained and asks a bunch of questions to pretend to see if they going to good homes. Completely dodges moving conversation to more convenient and traceable telephonic format. Don't know why you would try to do this to poeple
My wife went in with her new ID after having her surname changed three years ago after we got married (having replaced her card about 2-3 times in that time without any issues) the name on her account is still her old surname according to the staff in Mosselbaai, she misplaced her card now has now access to her funds and they won't give her a new card because her surname doesn't match... Do you even know how a ID number works? Great way to start a holiday, No other bank would do this. Guess we will just have to go to fnb. What a backwards outdated bank!
<p>Returned a faulty item to Menlyn incredible connection and you guys gave us a gift card after taking our details, we misplaced the card and even though the card has not been used and I have the voucher number you refuse to re issue me with my voucher claiming fraud is a problem, how can there be fraud if you know you issued the card to me and I haven't used it? It's been 3 weeks and still no feedback, can some one help me I refuse to lose R3600 because of your plain straight forward incompetence </p>
<p>so I returned a router that was faulty and they gave us a gift card which then we managed to missplace. The store phoned and told us that they still have the slip and we should come in store, when I got there some rude manager interrupted the lady at the counter helping me and said we would have to phone their customer service and that they can't help us. I've now spoken to some one at each of the following numbers ********** 120 , ********** 775, and ********** 700 all putting me on hold for 10 min and then just referring me to the next person. I have a photo of the slip with the voucher number and it has been confirmed that it hasn't been used what do I need to do to get either my money back or the voucher reprinted?</p>
