I bought a laptop at compuden 5 months ago, it was a gigabite core i3 and sked the sales team at compuden to upload windows on it as i want it to work when it gets to the office. Later that same day they phoned me and told me that the battery was dead and that they have an alternative for me, an Intel celeron, refunded me R700, great! eventually after 5 months (now) that i initial wanted to start using the PC it barely opens any freaking program.when i took it back to them this morning they tell me a bunch of bull ****, the one lady, Irene, so called manager, what a joke! keeps on telling the poor useless sales staff that there is nothing that they can do about it, but in the same sentence admits that the previous laptop was a dud due to out of box failure, not there problem i understand but even less mine, then the idiot at the sales desk should have told me from the start that the PC they are giving to me is going to be a snail after i have made it clear that i do not want a PC that is going to be slow. i asked if they would be willing to take back the piece of **** and that i would pay in on the a new one as well but nothing Irene and the sales num nut that is getting ****y with me now just keeps to their words..... sorry its months later we can't do anything for you! no no no rather don't want to do anything, those bunch of ass wipes only wants to take your money and when you leave the door they are happy to have sold you ****.. Please do not support them unless you are willing to buy **** that is over priced or if you want to buy something with the knowing of not getting any after sales service what so ever!
What happened? Nothing absolutely jack shit. I have been waiting in the drive thru line now for 45mins and stil have not been able to order anything! Pathetic, abso fucking lutely pathetic!!!! Kfc sa close down please! Do us al a favour
On 01/02/2016 I went to coverland in Bloemfontein to buy the last two pallets of roofing tiles needed to finish a site that we were busy with when I arrived at the gates 16:07 the imvula security guard did not want to grant me access to the yard as they are closing 16:30 when I phoned the offices I was told by Rachel that they can not help me as they were busy with stock for head office after a long telephone conversation they let me in but told me that I should make my arrangements better during the day so that I do not arrive there after 16:00 but how am I supposed to do that if I have to wait over 45 mins for them to load the previous pallets, if I where to get service the first 8 times I where there I would have finished earlier and did not have to go and load after four in the after noon although the office times stipulated on the office door is until 16:30. that sucks it is a bunch of bull sh!t!!!!!!
