My father has become mentally challenged and went to virgin active Centruion to cancel his membership. After a explaining the situation they still refuse to cancel his membership with talking to him, we the call the manager who’s attitude was disappointing she had no empathy to the situation and want to talk to him in person even if he can even remember his close family or they wanted his admission documents. This was on a month to month contract. How desperate must virgin active be to treat long time playing customer so disgustingly. I have now cancel my wife’s and my membership. I will never return to a place that treats the elderly this bad
My Michelin tyres have started to perish on the side wall, however the tyres has still 4mm left of the original 7mm. I have raise this with three people at Michelin including the rep, Techical manager and sales manger who have hid behind a 5 year warranty however they tyres are only 7 years old with low mileage and are busy disintegrating. Worst service and brand won’t purchase ever again
<br> Took in a set of hammerhead sun glass under an international warranty to MIAS for repair. <br> Dropped off at MIAS on the 15 May 2015 and only got them back on the 2nd October 2015 after having to call every week with no response or call back from them, I had to call the hammerhead agent, myself to get a response that it had been ready for months but not collected by MIAS and they never call them.<br> MIAS then wanted to charge me R550 on a $12 international price (R166.00 on the exchange rate of the day). Then lied to me multiple time and blamed the agent for their incompetence, would not even honor the inter nation warranty price. <br> After arguing with me I had to pay R300.00 for a $12.00 repair. This is exploitation and a rip off of customers. Be warred
