Good day My dad, Mr Ratshilumela Ralulimi has been submitted a claim from one his investments with Old Mutual on the 2nd of December 2025 at the Thohoyandou Branch. To date, he keeps being sent from pillar to post and no payment has been paid.
The service when you need them the most is appalling. We have been with Iwyze since 20222 and had never put in a claim. Premiums paid religiously but when the unfortunate happens and we need to claim, they take a full month to approve on condition that we pay thrice the access!! It doesn’t make any sense why we have to pay half the price of what the panel beater has charged for the job. Very disappointing and discriminatory!! Our claim reference number: 1380864
A policy was opened *****ulently in my mother’s name and premiums were deducted from her salary. Upon noting this, she visited the Thohoyandou branch for this policy to be stopped and her money to be refunded. To this day, she has not received her refund and it’s been more than 2 months
I booked a flight for the 24th April 2023 from O.R Tambo to Port Elizabeth. The evening before the departure, I got an email that the flight had been rescheduled. I indicated that the reschedule would not suit me and therefore requested a refund which I am still waiting for to date.
In December, Samsung had a buy and get promotion. My mom bought a Fridge at Game Stores Thohoyandou on the 16th December 2022 and she registered for the buy and get but to date, she has not received her vouchers. She has called the call center numerous times and no one has been able to assist her. Please advice what the problem or delay may be with her rewards as she has successfully opted in to the buy and get promotion.
I am really disappointed with iwyze. I had an insurance policy with them since 2019, last month (07 September 2021) I requested a cancellation as I would be covered my husband on his iwyze policy. On the 15th of September 2021, the debit order still went off on my account and the pro rata from my husbands account. I then called iwyze to request a refund and 2 weeks later I am still waiting on that refund.
Very impressed with their tutoring services. They make accounting easy and very professional as well. I really thank my colleague for introducing me to them.
A fraudulent policy was effected in my name and an amount of R398.00 being deducted from my pay since June 2020. Due to covid-19, we were unable to receive our payslips and did I not get a shock when I saw that policy. I have never taken out a policy with Liberty and definitely never will if they are interested in fraudulent business activities. I am disappointed and want a full refund of my money.
Budget Insurance is a nightmare to deal with. Rude intimidatting consultants that do not care for customer and their needs at all. After I had an accident on the 25th November 2019, it took an hour and a half for them to dispatch a towing vehicle to assist me. On the the 3rd of December after back and forth numerous calls, they tell me the insurance claim has been rejected. Their reasons were really unsatisfactory and somewhat looks like they were really just looking for loopholes in order not to pay out the claim.
