Gerald Ncube Everyone be warned about this guy.. He was doing some Glass fitting in my house and never finished and ran away with my money. He tricks people to trust in him to give him money upfront and guess what, if u give him money he will never come back. He is a sweet talker that can mislead you but he is a scum bag.

Content Services
I have always been a loyal Customer for Vodacom all my life and have never had experience with any other Network for a good reason. However lately , I have been billed for "Content Services" on my account which I have no idea of. I tried calling the call-center for assistance but I have been told that my account has been scammed due to possible pop-up adds that I might have clicked and therefore unaware agreed on some stupid WASP services. What suprises me is that: 1. They cannot prove that this indeed was a Service that I agreed on with a Service provider that I do not know of. 2. If really the above was true, then why does Vodacom allow for a third party to bill me on my Vodacom account. I have a contract with Vodacom but Vodacom allows for silly bogus suppliers for additional billing on my account. Due to this I have every reason to feel aggravated and abused by Vodacom.
