You will never get your money back from this company. After admitting that cancellation was done within prescribed time, they refuse to refund, apparently Mr Claasens is too ill to make a payment. the company has responded to a letter of demand from an attorney agreeing that refund is due. A second demand as gone unanswered. Please think carefully about dealing with this company, do your homework !

I would like to report the absolute horrific service and attitude displayed by Christo and the other staff at All Clear TV & Satellite, Christo done an installation at my home, he then needed to come back and correct a few issue's, that's when the problem arose, it was excuse after excuse and I was told , to get another installer and All Clear TV @ Satellite would pay the call out fee, I indicated that I would rather afford them the time to correct their mistake, but they never came or bothered to communicate, I eventually got another installer who corrected all the faults and furnished a report as requested, the report was emailed to All Clear. now they cannot be reached by phone, Whatsup or email. When one calls they put the phone down or act as if they can not hear you.
