The electricity charged is ridiculous. Last year whilst it was just me and my husband they even charged us R2000 per month until I complained and then only to find out that there is a leaking geyser and the complex owners refunded us some money. Every winter season the electricity double but the activities in our home don't. Since June I have been paying R500 which lasts me less than a week, when I enquire they say I am using this amount of electricity. I am sad that Ismrt Metering (Codex) is just reaping people off. I am highly considering moving to another place with a prepaid meter in September after serving my 1 month notice.

I stay at Etude, Midrand. The electricity charged is ridiculous.
