I contacted the friendly sales staff on Thursday morning just after 9AM via Whatsapp to confirm the correct part and stock availability. I was promptly helped, placed the order and I asked if it would be possible to deliver the next day. I am located in Pretoria. The salesperson said that they would ask the warehouse if they could expedite the order. They obviously did, as I received my part less than 24 hours later on Friday at 8:45AM. I would firstly like to thank Online Pool Store for friendly, efficient service (together with The Courier Guy for the delivery), and I would highly recommend The Online Pool Store for pool spares. I contacted the premier banking devision when a scheduled inter-account transfer did not happen on the 2nd of November 2017. My call was transfered to the internet banking division and a query was logged. The call centre agent promised feedback within 24 to 48 hours. A week later on the 9th November 2017 I had to call again as nobody contacted me. My call was transferred to the IB devision again and the agent "escalated" my query, promising feedback again within 24 to 48 hours. On the 14th I called yet again, only to be told that my query will be escalated again and this time round, I was promised feedback before the close of business. Guess what, still no call from FNB. Well FNB, guess who will be taking their business away from you?
<p>A big warm THANK YOU to CCIC for fantastic service and back-up. After having some trouble with my C-track units, they went the extra mile to get to the root of the problems. It turned out that my cell phone service provider decided to cancel my SMS services without consulting me.</p> <p>I have been bowled over by the friendly assistance and perseverance from Cal at CCIC to try and get my problems sorted. <p>After moving over to C-track for vehicle tracking, I've only had fantastic service from them. Last week I had a problem with my vehicle not reporting through SMS. After numerous phonecalls from them trying to assist me we tracked the problem down to my phone service provider cancelling my sms bundle. A big thank you to everyone from C-Track for all your help.</p>
