They have messed up with the vehicle they sold me. I have been having problems with them since day one. They refuse to take responsibility for what they did. I will not pay the installments for this vehicle until they sort it out. They sold me a damaged vehicle
Since my last review i have received no communication of refund from SABC regarding the money that was paid wrongfully to them. They are not responding to emails or telephone calls
I am very disappointing in the fact that they do not take situations serious. A payment was made wrongfully to their account of which was not even my mistake. It was an employee of PEP Stores. I am struggling for two weeks now to get my money refunded back to me. They don't reply to emails nor answer questions over the phone and they do not assist in solving the issue. It is a lot of money that i need to get back
<p>MR. QUENTIN BREED HAS BEEN HANDED OVER BY MTN TO A LAWYER FOR NOT PAYING HIS CELL PHONE ACCOUNT AFTER HE CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT AND MOVED IT OVER TO THE COMPANIES CELL PHONE ACCOUNT WITH MTN. BEING THAT. HIS PACKAGE HE CURRENTLY HAS IS STILL NOT SORTED OUT AND CORRECTED AFTER BEING ON THIS PACKAGE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW. EVERY MONTH IS A NEW STUGGLE WITH MTN JUST TO HAVE THE PACKAGE SORTED AND CELL PHONE WORKING... MTN'S BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT FAIR TO MR. BREED WHO MOVED THE PACKAGE TO A BUSSINESS ACCOUNT</p>
<p>There is a fraud action that took place on our MTN contract without the concent of the contract holder. An upgrade was done by a unknown person in Feb 2016 somewhere in the Eastern Cape for 36months without our knowledge and MTN approved it. We are communicating with MTN since 01/08/2016 to get this problem solved to reverse the upgrade and cancel the contract but with absolutely no help. We are back and forth with the MTN staff giving us the same story everytime we call. I have all my references and info of each and every person i spoke to but we are getting absolutely no where. The unprofessional service from MTN is unacceptable and there is no way that MTN is taking this matter serious.</p>
