Best service to the team and main man Akshay
Good mrng, I would like to give a big shout out to drive and Akshay Hansraj who is more than just effective and efficient but is kind and helpful. From the first moment I met till the delivery of the car, it’s been nothing but professional, he was patient with me and saw me though the process. The team at drive delivered to me a high quality vehicle and they service they offer really goes above and beyond to make sure me the client is well looked after. From me to your guys, Akshay and the team at Drive, well done, just know at least one person is happy today and that is what is takes to make our world a better place, please keep the great job up.

Great service from the start of the process to finish
Great service from the start of the process to finish. All above board and transparent. Wonderful service kept up to date on every step taken. I must say it was service with a smile and never made to feel anything but human. This comes highly recommended from me and such a nice experience from start to finish. The car looks great, over all Auto City Group knows what they are doing and how to handle things, worth the trust.

****ed off at poor service reception.
I have serviced my Kia there for the 5 times I have had to service my car with them and each time I have to wait for my car while they service due to personal reasons. Now the first two times I was helped promptly without hesitation waited for my vehicle and it was done within 2 hours, but then I came across an incompetent guy at their reception whose surname is Le Roux and my waiting time went from 2 hours to more than 5 and when I make follow ups with him, the lies and blatant disregard he gives is just appalling. I did ask Kia centurion if we are allowed to wait for our vehicle and yes we are allowed and that means yours will take priority but the nonsense of arring at the dealer at 07:00am and still see your car waiting at 11:00am Is the worst experience and when you follow up, he says no the car is in while I can see the car waiting there, their service is by far the worst I have seen, particularly from the Le Roux guy.
