In 2008 Peter's Removers moved our home and we had theft of groceries and my daughters Sony PSP device.<br> In 2015 Peter's Removers moved my friend and my daughter's cellphone was stolen (and recovered).<br> This past weekend I put my faith in Peter's removers again even after all the theft and ONCE AGAIN we have experienced theft.<br> Jewellery to the value of R11,000.00 and smashed glass which we were not told about. My line has now been down for 16 days. I have spent R1100 on prepaid data to keep my business going and an additional R500 on calls to Telkom. Our fault regsitered has been escalated with ID 90400 a week and a half ago. Spoken to Linden, Ntombi and Serge and I forget the other two operators names. Since the 4th December a technician has been assigned every single day with most days twice as per the record on the system. Still nothing. I despise being at your mercy Telkom. I pay for a service I am not getting. How will I recoup the money I have spent in trying to get this problem fixed? 14 technicians dispatched/assigned and still nothing. Not even a phone call. Disappointment is an understatement.<br>
