I made a purchase from your stand outside Makro Cornubia on Saturday. Your man working the till had no idea what he was doing. he swiped my card twice my pin was entered twice and both times i was advised that the transaction did not go through, this despite the machine asking whether we want a receipt. he still insisted the transaction didn't go through, so we paid cash and left. today i see that my bank account was double debited for the R95 transaction. this is unacceptable. please refund me my R190!!
I have always wanted to try Netflorist, but like many people I was apprehensive about whether the delivery would actually take place on time and if not what the schlep would be like trying to rectify the mess.<br> Nonetheless, I ventured toward the unknown and finally used it! Eureka! Success. So impressed with the user friendly website, to the updates that the goods have been dispatched for delivery and finally that the correct items got to the correct recipient at the correct time. Better yet, I'm told that the goods delivered were absolutely divine and fresh :) Thanks so much Netflorist I will be back for more ... soon!!!!
I am the owner of a Renault Clio IV turbo Dynamique. I waited for this car and decided pretty early on that I wanted it. Had I known what a hassle the brakes were going to give me I would have rather steered clear and stuck with my trusty Hyundai! before I had even done 15 000km and when my car was under a year old, the brakes began making a noise. So off I head to my 'trusty' Renault in Ballito - only to be told that the brake pads have worn unevenly for some or other reason and they need replacing. Furthermore only one could be justifiably covered under the warranty so I needed to fork out R800 for the other one. I was told that it was probably due to the way I drive the vehicle. Whilst I knew that this was not the case I paid for it in the hope that the problem was resolved and we could go on with our lives. Now ...fast forward to a year later and I am told the brake pads need replacing AGAIN!!! At a lovely cost of R1300!!! I mean honestly Renault get your act together!! You expect your customers to remain loyal after all the bullshit you give them and make them appear to be the problem when clearly your manufacturing standards are well below par!!!
