I ordered from them on the 8th January, the only email confirmation I received was that my order has been received and that's all. Today is the 16th there's no communication at all and their contact number does not go through. No response on emails and Instagram. This store is a **** and I dont know why PayJustNow still partner with them. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I regret shopping at this store.
I was under debt review since 2017, National ITC Consulting helped me to get removed. The whole process took 5 months. I got my clearance end of June. On the 12th of this month July, I got approved for a new Cherry Tiggo 4 pro. I am so grateful for all the assistance I got from the team. Guys my advice is that make a follow up every single week until the process is done. It's tiring to make phone calls and sending Whatsapp texts in the group but at the end it's worth it. They are not a scam they just need to be pushed once you pay them.
They helped me removed from debt review. With lots of follow ups and cooperation they really helped. I just applied for a car today and it for approved few hours later. The whole team is the best
So I have been waiting for a month already without any communication from MTN Insurance regarding my claim, It is very frustrating to live without a phone yet I have the so called insurance that is not helping me when I need it. My phone was stolen on the 13th of January 2016 I reported at the police station and received the case number, on the 14th I logged a claim online to MTN Insurance and never received any response from them. Then I decided to go to the nearest mtn branch in Midrand MTN repair centre. I was assisted by Nthabiseng Mapoma ,she logged another claim on my behalf and advised about a waiting period of 3 weeks. It is now the third week I haven't received any response from MTN insurance. I asked Nthabiseng about the progress and she said she can't get hold of MTN insurance too yet she is an employee at MTN. Its been 3 weeks without a phone yet am paying for the service every single month.
