Scam Alert. Paid for a reading and never received it Email, phone calls and SMS`s just get ignored. Very Bad Service!
I`ve sent a request to get my contract cancelled and I`m getting no response.<br> My calls get cut due to no network coverage in my area. My data doesn`t work most of the time.<br> Cancel this contact immediately!! I`ve phoned my lawyer. It`s illegal to pay for a contract you cannot use
I`ve changed my banking details 3 months ago at Telkom Mobile`s store in Walmer Park and the money is still going off the wrong account. For the past 2 months when the money went off the wrong account I went back to the store both times and the lady confirmed that the banking details have been changed and I shouldn`t worry. Next month the money will go off the right account, she said. I`m also giving birth shortly and I can`t keep going to the store. Their not helping anyway, so there`s no point. Last time I was there they made me wait in 3 different queues, everytime I got to the front of the queue they would tell me to go stand in another queue. They were so rude inside the store. I complained, but up to date no one has phoned me to apologize. I`m also still paying for a contract I cannot use as the reception is so bad that the phone keeps cutting out. I`ve complained about this issue since I`ve had this contract, but up to date no one from Telkom has offered to rectify the problem. It`s still the worst service I`ve ever experienced from any company in South Africa. I can`t wait for this contract to end so that I can just move to a proper network that offers service.
I applied for my new drivers license on 30 JAN at the Traffic Department in Kirkwood. <br> Filled in all the details on the forms with my new Surname as I got married in 2012. <br> The lady made a copy of my new ID with my new surname. I showed her my marriage certificate. She said she didn`t need it as my ID already had my correct surname on.<br> <br> Then I phoned them last week to ask if they have my drivers license there so that I can come pick it up.<br> They said they have it there, but it`s still in my maiden surname. They obviously made a mistake and they refuse to take responsibility to rectify the problem.<br> <br> Now they claim I never gave a copy of my ID to them. They only have a copy of my expired drivers licence with my maiden surname on.<br> What traffic department doesn`t make copies of ID`s??<br> <br> I spoke to two people who just threw the phone down in my ear. The 1st was Mr Witbooi who said that it`s my fault that this happened and said I need to apply again. That means paying the R200 again and it`s their fault. Then I spoke to a Mr Petrus who also said I have to apply again. If they make the same mistake again must I also then reapply over and over????

I went to the Telkom Walmer Park store, gave them my banking details to change on my account over a month ago. The lady said it would be done and with my next payment the amount will go off with the new banking details given. The amount never went off, it was never done. Still going off on previous account. On 7 April I went back to the store to question why this was never done. I had to stand in 3 different queue`s untill someone helped me. In the second queue the lady saw I was waiting, but as I got to the front she took her bag and went on lunch without apologizing. I told her I`m heavily pregnant. She just ignored me and walked off. Eventually in 3rd queue Patro gave me a \fake"business card with a landline nr at the back. She said I can phone her Manager if no one answers my e-mail. My e-mail still hasn`t been answered and the landline nr just rings and rings and no one ever picks up. Every single time I have a horrible experience with Telkom Mobile when something has to be done on my account. They lie to me just to get me off their backs and then I still sit with same issues. I`m disgusted one again with your horrible non existent service and no-care attitude. """
