Standard Bank : Little / NO response : Please Assist
Some agents give wonderful service BUT I have been calling and emailing various people for the last 3 weeks---Still no help. I have been a client for over 25 years and all I need is a form that I have been waiting for for 3 weeks now . My mobile phone airtime is depleted due to calling and holding for 30 minutes at a time.

ABSA Vehicle Finance client services / secured restructuring department NOT HELPING
I have been communicating via email with ABSA Vehicle Finance since 1 Mar'21 and to date I have just not received an answer (call or email) to my Vehicle Restructured payment plan that I applied for - that I only need for 3 months until we just get on our feet financially. Covid had affected so many of us... They just keep sending text to remind of payments that are due. Where is the compassion? Actual assistance? My Account No. is 92848090 - It would be appreciated to hear from someone...

Vodacom Marketer sells contract at R135 pm and the actual bill is R1165
A consultant called to sell/re-instate a cancelled contract (0762715515) for R135 pm - the bill is R1165 - this is absolutely so wrong. What am I to do now? The calls to me and my husband was on 6 Feb'21 between 09:37 and 11am from number +27 11 084 6098 - this is a bill I'm NOT willing to settle - this sale was false and a lie - where is the integrity?? Im always told that I am a VIP client - but the treatment lately is appauling :(

Vodacom is so big right now---they just don't care about clients...
SO I am told I am a VIP client - After a few years decided to cancel 1 contract to be placed on prepaid--with the cancellations department 0821958 it took 2 months to obtain cancellation because when you call they just say yes we cancelled and it will be done in 30 days but not the case-so finally when i got this contract cancelled after 10 attempts end of Jan'21 I am still billed for a contract when the number was on prepaid. I feel this is just so wrong.. Customercare has "escalated" it and that was 2 weeks ago--I really would like my monies refunded--I budgeted having that funds--but of course I must wait.. :( There is no REAL number to call to speak to someone - everything is self service. I have lost trust in Vodacom operators... Vodacom keeps calling me to renew the contracts etc--I wish they can have this kind of service to fix problems.

Cash Express - Please be careful, this is a scheme
Cash Express is fraudulent, it seems legitimate but I did my homework, this is when people are scheming monies off innocent persons out there, please be careful.. It is setup to look real.
