I will never deal with Hi-q Heidelberg in gauteng ever. It was my first and last time. It sad that in todays time these ****** derogatory terms still get thrown around as if it is normal .... the alignment technician refering to me as a KOELLIE printing it on the alignment report might be a joke to him but to me it is low and pathetic.
Purchased a Bmw 1series from Pharoah on the 6th of January. Took delivery of the vehicle on the 13th of january. The salesman who assisted us was Sipho Themu. When doing the deal every call was answered. When the deal was done it is extremely difficult to get a hold of him. The aftersales experience sucks. I did not even get a courtesy call to find out if everything is ok and are we happy with the car. Took delivery drove the car home + - 50km only to find out it was leaking alot of water. Bashir assisted me in this and it was sorted out promptly. Sipho promised me it had a dekra check done up untill i took delivery. I called dekra to find out and it had not been done. Taking delivery of a car thats not fit to be on the road is a problem (we did not know it had a problem) and spoilt the whole experience for us purchasing a vehicle. Im having difficulty insuring the vehicle as well because excuse after excuse i have not recieved my natis documents yet. I bought the car to use but unfortunately its more parked off than been on the road as it cannot be insured without the info needed on the natis. Would i purchase a car from Pharoah again, NO .... would i recommend them. Definately NOT based on the service recieved from Sipho. The hand over for the vehicle was amazing but i guess its more for social media which by the way i see 90% of female owners recieved a beautiful bouquet flowers. With Us .... unfortunately nothing. If it was possible to speak to management to try to solve my problem then there would be no need for this review. Origins by Pharoah Auto.
