I write this review utterly frustrated i bought a house and was approved in 2022 in Moonlight Estate in Chiawelo the developer was Mr. Matthew Pelea i think from Top Rock Developers it took forever being sent from pillar to post by him and KWSA for 2 Years waiting for the house to be finished woke up in May 2024 and the bond was cancelled. I started the process again in July 2024 with Mortgage Max i signed the bond documents in Nov. 2024 was dealing with Ms Jeanette Rapalalane, I went to view the house in September the window was broken and they promised to fix it nothing. In January 2025 everything was finalized and I never got any notification only the Bond started debiting from my bank account I made enquiries and was told that it is now active haven't received any keys or moved instead I'm sent from pillar to post there s a guy i was given his no to contact for the keys i made an appointment with him after several attempts to get hold of him he doesn't answer nor return calls when i went to the house last week on Saturday he wasn't there got a glimpse of the house the window is still broken and there was luggage inside the house displaying that someone is squatting there which wasn't denied by Jeanette she said she will alert the person to move and the windows were open.. The house is in a security estate but the gate was wide open meaning anyone has access which is a huge safety concern. I Called Ms Jeanette she said she will do the inspection and give us the keys last week on Wednesday nothing I Asked to give my partner the keys as I gave birth on the 10th March and in no position to move around she said she will give them out on Saturday nothing. How am I paying R 5400 for a house i don't live or have access to is fair or how business is done nowadays as a Bank employee I find this totally unprofessional and *****, can i be refunded my money and the debits be on hold till the right thing is done.
They responsed with my query i sent them my Id No and instead i got an automated reply saying in 2 hours i ll be called with a complaint no that was on Monday its now Thursday and nothing no feedback whatsoever. Im in disbelief they dont take their business or clients seriously.
They are the worst i first spoke to Linah Tshabangu in May for my insurance as i was charged 3 times for 1 phone that was claimed in Sept 2017 she was very rude beyond the word, transferred me to Charmaine Van Wyk that lady just hung up in my ear after an hour on the phone. Tshepo Sekamane came in to assist he left me hanging sd i ll be refunded my money back as i was charged for 2 extra fones on 1 phone which had a dual sim card.. today as its 3 weeks waiting for the refund nothing has been done. They sd he is off spoke to Sakhiwo August he left me on the phone for an hour after asking for his supervisor i spoke to Susan Sesi sd they are offline and she cant help me ill get my money next month... 3 months for an error that they did. A bunch of useless employees who know nothing about customer services... Hello peter you are my last hope... Pls help me with this nonsense that Finrite is doing.
I had a problem with an insurance claim since Jan the 10 th i was sent from pillar to post even the managers at Finrite ducked me i had lost hope even after a report to Hello Peter they promised to help bt they didnt.I called Ms Pearl Mabiletse and gave her lots of attitude bt being the proffessional that she is she was helpful and calmed me down. We talked she promised to sort out my query the next day bt in less than 24 hours my claim was approved. If Finrite can have such dedicated employees who stick to their words the bad reports would stop.....Thanks a lot Pearl for your dedication there are few people like you..you take ur job seriously u will get far in life with your dedication.
I lost a phone an AG ultra chrome on the 10 th of jan it had 2 Imei nos it was blocked by vodacom and I was given an Itc no and opened a case and sent through the claim.After 7 days was told the phone was nt blocked cos at vodacom they picked only one Imei went to vodacom the next day for a manual blacklisting of the phone they did dat for me even though they sd it Imei are linked cos its 1 phone. I sent through the documentation to jet and they were faxed it was on a friday 15 th of jan was told to come back on monday I did was given a runaround and told they never got any documentation bt on the Jets system they are visible wen u call them they give out attitude and sd they don't care even if I report them.
