Since the online new contract I have not been happy with the service now I am blocked from calling customer service for some odd reason apparently my number calls too much which is the first I have heard of such. The reason I call Vodacom every other day is cause of the issues I have been having with this new contract and now that I need to finalise the contract cancellation I am blocked from calling and I have been calling to chase this up so my account is not debited cause when you reverse a debit my credit record is going to be spoilt. I just want to make sure it's cancelled and get my money back as I am due a refund I am not happy with this company and this is my first time taking a contract and I never will with any company due to the trauma. If I do not get any assistance after this and my money get taken next week I am going to further escalate my matter and use social media to bring the companies distribute to shameπ€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬π‘

I came across an add about part time online work and I sent an interested post and it referred me to a WhatsApp option. I spoke to lisa who is by the way rude she called me illiterate cause I did not understand what tasks she is talking about of which I kept asking her for a step by step instructions on how to begin to work after I called her out on the illiterate part she then was willing to "help" and asked me to deposit money and I refused cause why would I pay for a job and it's only obvious it will not be the last they ask me money so I am really appalled at the fact that people are really and genuinely looking for employment and you get such big companies that play with people's money and emotions π€π‘π€¬π§ can someone look into this as more and more people will be ****med. I am really disappointed in Amazon for allowing this to transpire mxm.....
I was at Capitec bank at The Glen mall I must say I was applauded at Thier service and the king of response I got from the consultant. I was at the bank to reverse a debit from clientele and I was told it cant re stopped and reversed and she said there is nothing she can do about it.
