WARNING: DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY!!

I made an investment with the company back in 2021, I was ready to withdraw and lodged my first ticked in January 2025. It has been 473 days since I made this withdrawal request and have not received a cent of my money. My elderly mother invested part of her pension and they also giving her the run around :( We just want our money back.

RE/Max Weltevreden Park the most incompetent branch

In 2016 I bought a flat off plan from Re/Max Weltevreden. After waiting more than 2 years they finally completed the construction of the complex, but it has taken them 17 months to get our properties registered. I decided to no longer go ahead with the purchase and was told that all that needs to happen is for them to come inspect the place and the cancellation for the property purchase will be done. The agent, Nic Meyer, has ignored all my requests to set this inspection for a month now. I am incredibly unhappy and have never dealt with a more incompetent company. They have made my 1st property purchase a very sour experience. If ever you want to purchase from RE/Max do so at your own risk.

Disgusting Infestation at Apartments on Oak

I moved into the apartment block end of March 2017 within days I noticed a vast ****roach infestation in my flat. Mind you I hadn't even bought furniture yet. I complained and was told that building management "fumigates" the public areas every month - shocking. I am putting this post up for apartment-seekers so they are not duped into signing a lease and living in filth for 12 months with an agency that simply doesn't give two sh*ts about basic hygiene. They are happy to take your R6000 rent monthly but so slow to answer to complaints I can only load 1 pic here so feel free to contact me on ********** and I will forward you the other pics and videos I have taken from my apartment
