I have a return that needs to be collected by RAM. The collection was scheduled for yesterday. I waited the entire day only for the driver to tell me that he is outside after I had left. I then told him I'm not available, and he said it was the office who made a mistake, as he was not receiving any notifications that he had collections in my area. The collection failed and was rescheduled for today; as I'm writing this, I'm waiting for the driver who guaranteed that he'd be here before 1 pm. Mind you, this is not the first time RAM has failed to do right by me, the are previous incidents. I don't understand why companies are still using RAM, to be honest, because they provide the worst service.
The best place to buy perfumes. Took advantage of the Black Friday deal. I wish they'd change the courier company though, Aramex is the pits.Tracked my package on 20th it was out on delivery but they didn't deliver, I had to call on the 24th and I was told they thought it was 3 packages π, I had to let them know that it's actually 1 package with 3 items π©. Other than that I'll be ordering more from FragranceFind π, I'm happy with my purchase.
I bought a pair of sneakers for my son online on Thursday 4th of September , paid in full and opted for the click and collect option from the Centurion store. My order was going to be ready for pick up yesterday 5th of September, to my surprise my order has been cancelled without any communication whatsoever. This is very disappointing, what kind of business does thatπ‘. I wish I had checked the reviews prior to buying from their online store.
I used Getcontacts.co.za which is a division of Optique optometrist to order my contact lenses. I placed the order on the 29th of April with the hope that I'll receive them by end of the following week latest. I haven't received my order and when I query, I'm being told they've placed my order and waiting. I'm really confused because on the website it says there are many in stock, but my order hasn't been shipped. I'm extremely disappointed in this company, if they are failing to fulfill my order can they process a refund so I can go to a place that will actually deliver.
I placed an order on the 15th of November and I haven't received my package. Attempts to contact the shop/Katlego via email, social media and calls have been unsuccessful. By the look of things alot of customers haven't received their orders
On Sunday the 19th I visited the Queens Corner Woolworths Food store for the 1st time to purchase a few items. Among the items I bought were 2 double cream berry trifle flavoured yoghurts. Today I was enjoying my yoghurt i found a strand of hair (brunette). I'm so disapointed had to throw it out.
I always use the bus to travel from Pretoria to Newcastle. The bus that I used today is infested with ****roaches, what happened to fumigating these buses, its disgusting. I wish there was a rival bus company to compete with Greyhound so us (ppl from NN) can make use of it , we are stuck with Greyhound.
