Be aware of this company.. if you ask a question for R65... you actually pay a hidden member ship fee of R650 in addition to the R65.... Never again. They have been sued before... Do not use that website.

out of bundle data usage without decent warning - vodacom
<p>We had our cell phone on connected to the computer to charge without realising that the computer was updating windows on the 3g network through the phone.... </p> <p> </p> <p>We started getting a sms after a while but were not at the computer. I phoned in to ask why didnt they phone at least to warn me or at least help us as they know how much we spend every month over the past years we have been with them.... The lady on the phone couldnt give a dam and vodacom are not interested in helping us . They charged R5000 and debited it from my account .... </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unnaceptable and i will definately be closing my account with them when my upgrade comes.... If they cant even try to understand their customers problem which was unintentional and at least reverse half the charge which costs them nothing.... then i am very dissapointed. </p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone working for vodacom reads this message, i hope you can help me fix this issue before i loose faith in your company entirely. </p>
