Plastic in food
I usually have the seafood paella at Buena Vista, which is amazing! My husband and I went for lunch yesterday at the Buena Vista in Big Bay. I had my usual and took some left overs to work today. To my horror I discovered a piece of crabstick still wrapped in it's plastic wrapping! Soooooo grooooossssss, totally put me off! Don't know if we will return again, which is sad because we usually have great food and service there. Ag sies man!

Positive feedback
Regarding my previous post: Bad Service Intercare Blaauwberg<br> <br> I appreciate the feedback that we have received from Intercare and Dr de Wit. The matter has been dealt with and sorted out. This could have been avoided if there was adequate communication between the staff and the patient.<br> <br> <br>

Total lack of feedback
My husband has to have chronic medication for his cholesterol. We were told by one doctor, Dr De Wit, that we have to send her the medical aid form for chronic medication so she can complete it. We still did this the same day. Having heard nothing back from her after three days, my husband called Intercare. He was told that Dr de Wit is on holiday, but they will pass the form on to my husband's actual doctor, Dr Smit. Again, we heard nothing back for a week. My husband called again, where they searched everywhere for the forms, eventually finding it, only to inform my husband he must come into the practice so they can take his height, measurements etc. My husband went in a few days after that and the nurse took all the necessary measurements etc. We heard nothing back for another week. My husband phoned again yesterday, and they eventually sent him the form. The form was not completed, no measurements etc was filled in, and the doctor did not sign. And surprise surprise, Dr Smit is on holiday. We do not know what more we can do. We just want the form completed to get my husband his necessary medication! Absolutely horrible service!
