Slipping up as an art form
Paid online and received no response or acknowledgement from the company. Correspondence requesting when I could pick the product up was ignored. When I pitched up to collect their computers suddenly ceased working and "they do not keep stock". When i complained I was shown the door.

Telkom does it again
Ordered services and product from Telkom. Delivery WITHIN 7 working days was promised. Only after the seven working days did they phone to arrange delivery of goods. Courier did not arrive then nor the next day. Their helpline 10210 is unable to assist. Twitter elicits a response we \assure you someone will get back to you"and are then ignored. Telkom system is such that I am unable to speak to someone who can assist and still do not have the ordered products. Service relate to tel no. 0117827384."""
