Slipping up as an art form
Paid online and received no response or acknowledgement from the company. Correspondence requesting when I could pick the product up was ignored. When I pitched up to collect their computers suddenly ceased working and "they do not keep stock". When i complained I was shown the door.

Poor workmanship from independence distributor for slip no more
The product is great. Unfortunately the independent distributor that the company referred was totally inexperienced and the product peeled off within a day..

Excellent product and service
Pieter bietje was an absolute gem to do business with. He is the representative for western cape and went above and beyond my expectations. He showed true compassion for my 14 year old dog and made certain all surfaces were done properly so buddy does not slip. He even suggested an extra coat of the product for my baby.

Excellent product and service
Pieter bietje was an absolute gem to do business with. He is the representative for western cape and went above and beyond my expectations. He showed true compassion for my 14 year old dog and made certain all surfaces were done properly so buddy does not slip. He even suggested an extra coat of the product for my baby.

Rather buy an alternative brand
I based my purchase on the Google reviews, which in retrospect might even be fake. I ordered goods and asked them to keep the product for a day, as my client is an international client. I paid in full the following day (Friday). On the Monday they called me and told me that 2 x line items were now out of stock, and that they weren't getting them either. We agreed that we will take what is available, and be refunded for the rest. We were told that the refund will be done on Wednesday. On Thursday I queried, as I had not received the refund or the POP. I was told it will done in the same morning (Thursday). Thursday passed and I still have not received the POP or the refund. I have instructed them to collect the product that they delivered as I would rather source an alternative product and supplier. I wonder how many weeks they will take to do, if I ever get my money back . Everything was great with this business until I made payment.

Thieves Never ever buy from them worst business ever I bought products worth R5000.00 They said products would work but actually damaged my tiles They then said they would refund me my money It has been over 2 weeks of promises they still have t refunded me Beware!!their business doesn’t work their ethics are wrong they are thieves who never take responsibility!!!

Do not use Slip No More
I have had a terrible experience with Dean. His product did not work on our patio and most importantly his communication is terrible. It has been over a year of trying to sort out the problem, mostly because he does not follow up. He left with a promise to do tests on our tiles and never got back to us. Do not use Slip No More.
