Rather buy an alternative brand

I based my purchase on the Google reviews, which in retrospect might even be fake. I ordered goods and asked them to keep the product for a day, as my client is an international client. I paid in full the following day (Friday). On the Monday they called me and told me that 2 x line items were now out of stock, and that they weren't getting them either. We agreed that we will take what is available, and be refunded for the rest. We were told that the refund will be done on Wednesday. On Thursday I queried, as I had not received the refund or the POP. I was told it will done in the same morning (Thursday). Thursday passed and I still have not received the POP or the refund. I have instructed them to collect the product that they delivered as I would rather source an alternative product and supplier. I wonder how many weeks they will take to do, if I ever get my money back . Everything was great with this business until I made payment.
