THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING COVER WITH THEM!! THEIR RATINGS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. WHICH I SEARCHED THE COMPANY BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Bought a Vehicle in March from WBC and Took out a Service Plan and Extended Warrenty on the Vehicle from Innovation Group. Realized immediately after the transaction was finalized that the vehicle's Original Service Plan is still in Force. Canceled the plan with them in Writing within their Specified Cooling off Period. They confirmed cancelation but didn't refund the banking institution the money that was paid to them, so I'm still owing the money to the bank and Paying Interest on it for a Service they didn't supply. ITS BEEN ALMOST 8 MONTHS NOW. IGNORING REQUESTS NO REPLY TO MAILS NOT CALLING BACK NOT SENDING DOCUMENTARY PROOF AS REQUESTED WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. WON'T EVEN BUY A WHEELBARROW FROM THEM. Just hope and pray I never have to claim from them on my Warrenty. Whish I didn't crossed paths with them, but WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!!
Transferred Money to my Luno Wallet over 5 days ago and its still not allocated after numerous Email send to the Company. No feedback or reply to my mails in the last 2 days. Wont make use of this platform again . Just imagine how long a withdrawal would take
I assigned items that was sold on their 3-4 September Auction and still haven't received payment. No feedback. No answer. No reply to my messages. Please think twice before doing business with them.
