Customer service is far from what was originally promised. Aweh did not document in full the items I delivered to them. A few items were acknowledged as having been received on delivery but as it was a large consignment of household contents that they received, I was told that this would take time to itemise. 15 months later I have still not received any further documents updating the sp**** delivery note itemising a few articles. A significant segment of the items I delivered to Aweh have never appeared on the online auction catalogue. Even large items such as a desk and an upholstered/adjustable conference chair are missing, how does one lose items of this size? Items and their accessories such as remote controls (which were packed together) had become separated which resulted in articles fetching a poor price. In looking at the online catalogue pictures, there appears to be water damage to some of the articles. Other people's articles are ascribed to me, although they don't belong to me. I have informed Aweh of this. My customer financial statements were far from correct. I expected fair, honest and transparent dealings evidenced by complete and accurate records of personal assets received by Aweh which correspond with financial statements of auctioned items. I expect the organisation to handle by goods responsibility and be accountable for losses attributed to their mismanagement. This has not been my experience.

Worst service received from Chantal. Sent my items in October, auction took place in November. I noticed not all my items were in that auction, she advised they would be auctioned in December. The remainder of my items were not auctioned, I was then told they were misplaced. After following up again in January a few times I got payment for the November auction and was told to collect my remaining items because they are moving premises. I questioned the poor service which I never received before and Chantal said the employee I used to deal with stole 100K from Aweh and I should go deal with that employee. I then asked for my items to be dropped off, they only managed to find 2 of my 3 items, my ottoman is still missing and have received no feedback.

I assigned items that was sold on their 3-4 September Auction and still haven't received payment. No feedback. No answer. No reply to my messages. Please think twice before doing business with them.

Items collected efficiently on 21 July 2022. It is now 17 October 2022, of the 28 items provided to them, 9 have been sold, and the other 19 are now unaccounted for. Sale Records provided by them included items that were not mine. So I must conclude that my items appeared on other customer sales records. Their control systems and record keeping is poor. Very poor responses to email or Whatsapps to resolve the matter. I would not recommend using them.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Aweh Auctioneers lately. Items handed in Apr'22 that are now missing, damages to unauctioned item, auctioned items not included on sales reports and not corrected after numerous attempts to correct this. Payment for June auctioned items still outstanding. An appointment to hand in items was also cancelled upon arrival without any prior notification. No apology for the inconvenience caused.
