Disappointment with Checkers' Petshop Science stores.
False advertising! They advertise the Petshop Natural Dog Treats ALL VARIANTS on special and when you get to the shops only 2 or 3 types are on special! Besides the fact that these same treats' prices increased from R29.99 to R39.99!!!!! Very disappointing since I usually spend close to R2000.00 pet month on dog treats alone in these shops!!!!

Il Gusto Ristorante, the most precious little gem !
Il Gusto has always been a fantastic restaurant, with great food, impeccable service and a great selection of wines! I took a friend for lunch there the other day and she was crossed with me because I hadn't introduced the place to her before! Thank you George and Caroline for keeping the place going with such high standard!

iL Gusto Ristorante in Boksburg continues being one of my favourite when it comes to food quality, service and wines. And to make it even better, the last time I was there, Gino Gambale was singing. What can be better than all of that put together?

Simply Asia Atlas Mall - Still my favourite Asian Restaurant!
After quite some time of not going out to restaurants I decided to go back to Simply Asia Atlas Mall to eat one my favourite dishes - Roasted and Crispy Duck on a bed a Rice. It was raining and cold, so I started with a soup which was delicious as always and then the duck.... wow! it couldn't have been better! I will definitely have to go back more often. And that, without even mentioning the service which was excellent!

I was right!!! Orexi Greek Street Food, Atlasville is great!!!
They have just won the best Greek Restaurant in the East Rand! Their food continues being delicious and their staff are absolutely fantastic! Well done Rui and Anna! Keep up the fantastic work!

#WIN at Nikos Modderfontein
What a great lunch at Nikos at Flamingo Center in Modderfontein! We arrived early and although they were still busy opening the place we were welcomed with smiles and great attitude... Not long after that the owner of the restaurant came to greet us and welcome us. The food was excellent (we had a selection of their dishes as a starter and main course) and the waitress (Perseverance) was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. A win-win experience!!!!

Smae standards after a year of difficulty!
After a whole year of avoiding going to restaurants I decided to go back to have a meal (lunch) at Simply Asia in Atlas Mall, Atlasville. Although the restaurant was almost empty because it was a Saturday, quite early, the service was great and the food was absolutely delicious as it had always been. I am glad that they did not 'forget'how to be great just because people didn't go there so often due to Covid. Well done, Simply Asia Atlas Mall! I am glad I went there!

Delicious Portuguese Food and Hospitality!
What a wonderful experience and delicious food! After being locked up for such a long time I decided to take the risk and treat myself to some nice prawns. And they were certainly more than nice!!! They were absolutely delicious! The restaurant took all the proper care to ensure that the patrons were protected from Covid, even the toilets were properly equipped wit sanitizers... The service was absolutely perfect and the welcome and the smiles were worth the visit! I would recommend it to anyone looking for delicious Portuguese food! I also noticed that they have Crab Curry, which is one of my favourites and which means that vry soon they will be seeing me again!

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN SARIE MAGAZINE!!!!!!
I receive e-mail from SARIE, in Afrikaans, and I have tried everything to cancel these e-mails without success... they have no Unsubscribe option on these e-mails and I have no interest whatsoever to receive the magazine, as I do not speak Afrikaans and I do not usually read magazines at the best of times. I have tried every e-mail address I could find, including e-mail to Media 24, but they just ignore my messages and continue to bombard me with their SARIE e-mails. I hope someone from their side reads this and does something about it.
